Executive Leadership Development Series

CenterState CEO is  offering members a new six month comprehensive leadership series. The program is presented by CenterState CEO, with curriculum that combines academic expertise from local colleges and universities with real world insight from some of the region's top business leaders.

The Executive Leadership Development Series helps executives and rising managers reach the next level by enhancing critical thinking, communication and empowerment skills.  The program will be held at Columbia College. 

Course Topics:

March 4th Kick-off Meeting - Meet your classmates and learn about the program.
March 18th Communication  Cultivating Professional Relationships
April 15th Motivating & Empowering Your Workforce
May 20th Cultural Diversity in the Workplace
September 16th   Critical Thinking & Reflection
October 21st The Transformational Leader
November 18th The ROI of Civic Engagement: Presented by Leadership Greater Syracuse


Candidate Criteria:

  • A suggested 10 years of professional experience showing progressively increased responsibility
  • A record of accomplishment and experience in one’s respective field
  • Commitment to six half-day sessions over the course of the year; must attend all six to graduate from program
  • All students will be asked to provide their managers/supervisors with a report of what they have learned at the end of the program.

Cost:
The Executive Leadership Development Series is available exclusively to CenterState CEO members for $1199 per person.  Cost will increase to $1299 after January 14th. Enrollment is limited to 20 participants.
